Partner
Buying and selling companies.
Graham spent his first years in practice on the buyer's side of acquisitions, which is why he now represents sellers. He has led the sale of family businesses, the purchase of competitors and the transfer of companies to their managers, and he keeps a closing calendar from the first day so the owner always knows what happens next.

In Graham's words
How I work
A sale is a calendar more than a document. I write the calendar first, share it with the owner, and hold everyone to it, including the buyer's lawyers.
Owners sell a company once. I've sat on the other side of the table enough times to know which questions a buyer will ask, and I like my clients to have the answers before the buyer does.
