This notice explains what Whitcomb Ferris collects through this site and how it's used.

What we collect

If you send the contact form, we receive the name, company, email, phone number and message you enter. Our site host also keeps ordinary server logs, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before we discuss a matter. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries from people who don't become clients are deleted after twelve months. Client files are kept for as long as our professional rules require.
