How we work
Three partners, no layers
June leads formation and the firm's outside general counsel work, Graham leads purchases and sales, and Paloma leads contracts and disputes. On larger matters two of us work together, and you'll always know who is responsible for what.
We meet clients at our office on Main Street, by video, or at your place of business, which is often where we learn the most.
